Senior School Tour

On Friday 25th May we all went to Wexford on our school tour. The senior classes had an amazing morning learning to surf at the beach! We were dropped at Booley Bay, while the junior classes went on to visit Hook Lighthouse. It was a beautiful day, perfect for learning to surf! Our instructors were Danny, Aidan and Gráinne.

Here are some pictures of 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class surfing the waves!!

Arriving at the beach

After we changed into our wetsuits, we had a demonstration on the beach.

Then it was time to jump in the water and try surfing some waves!

We had  great fun surfing and in the afternoon playing bowling. Thank you Ms Wilson for organising another fantastic school tour!!
