Sports’ Day and Health Promoting Schools Picnic

Our annual Sports’ Day took place on the 15th of June. There was great fun on the day as the children took part in relays, hurdles, egg and spoon, sack and three legged races. Take a look at the action on the day!!

Congratulations to those pupils from each room who won the ‘Best Boy’ and ‘Best Girl’ on the day for great team work and participation throughout the year, as well as Nicole who was Student of the Year!

Well done also to all the pupils who participated so well and had fun on the day, they all received a medal for their participation 🙂

As part of our Health Promoting Schools initiative we enjoyed a healthy (indoor!) picnic as the weather wasn’t suitable for sitting outdoors. We all brought a healthy lunch on the day and had delicious fruit smoothies as well.

Thank you to Jackie and Olga as well as the Health Promoting Schools committee for organising such a lovely lunch! It was great to sit down and eat together.
