Vive la France!
The senior classes have been learning all about France in recent weeks. We read information and wrote down what we learned as well as drawing pictures to accompany our work.
Wandesforde Primary School, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny
The 4th, 5th and 6th class are taught by Ms. Wilson. They have a large, airy, bright classroom with lots of space. With 5 computers and a laser printer in the classroom, they are often busy completing projects and looking up information on the internet. Like all the other classrooms, the senior classroom has an interactive whiteboard which the children thoroughly enjoy using!

In art we have created lots of beautiful work in January and February. We designed wonderful stained glass windows. We used tin foil, tracing paper and glitter to create these frosty winter branches. In music we listened to The Snow is Dancing by Debussy and drew these pictures, inspired by the music.
It has been a very busy few weeks preparing for Christmas in Wandesforde School. 4th, 5th and 6th class have been busy doing lots of Christmas activities in different subjects.
