Up, Up And Away with the Juniors!

We have really enjoyed learning lots in November about the Airport and Post Office in play.

We also learned about Amelia Earhart in History. She flew all the way across the Atlantic on her own in her yellow plane called ‘The Canary.’

In Art we created handprint aeroplanes in lots of bright colours as well as practicing our cutting skills.

In Art we also worked with clay and made pots. We enjoyed painting them nice bright colours.

We were busy in SESE learning all about magnets and discovering what is magnetic and non magnetic in our classroom.

In SPHE we have been learning all about being good friends to each other and we drew pictures of us being good friends. We also made a Friendship Tree with all our class helping to create it.

In Maths we discovered lots about 2D shapes, we found lots of them in our classroom and made some shape pictures.

Finally in Geography we discussed different modes of transport. We made a graph to show how we all travel to school.
