An end to a great year in the Junior Classroom!

The month of June is always a very busy time for all classes between Class Tests, the Sponsored Cycle, Sports’ Day and of course finishing off our workbooks!!

The Junior Classroom did have some time to do extra fun activities!

Take a look below!

There was weaving of course!

In Drama, the children enjoyed “The Game of Mirrors” whereby they had to copy the movements made by their partner!

They drew fantastic pictures of the School’s Sponsored Cycle!

They designed and of course modelled their Father’s Day Ties!!

The children also learned about Sun Safety in SPHE and made their own Summer Booklets too!!

They made jelly together!

On one of the few sunny days in June, the children and Ms, Wilson enjoyed eating an ice-lolly together outside to mark the end of their time together in the Junior Classroom!

Thank you to all the children in the Junior Classroom for their continued hard work, enthusiasm and of course smiling faces this year 🙂

Enjoy your Summer Holidays!!
