February Fun!

The Junior Classroom have once again been busy doing new activities this month!

During the month, we celebrated Valentine’s Day. The children made their own handprint photo frame as a gift for their parents.

The children also had fun making their own chocolate hearts as a little treat for their loved ones too!

We melted both milk and white chocolate in the microwave. Mmmm!

We poured the melted chocolate into heart shaped moulds!

The moulds were then put in the fridge to set 🙂

Finally our very own chocolate hearts were ready for packaging!!

The children brought their handmade chocolates home in their Valentine Treat Boxes 😉 We hope you enjoyed them!!

In Art, the children drew their own picture for the Annual Texaco Drawing Competition. Here is just a glimpse of some of their very colourful entries!

Good Luck Everybody!

As part of a Whole School Art Competition, the class drew a picture showing ways to save water for the Green Flag Committee!

Didn’t they do a great job!

Finally, after all their hard work, they did have time to learn new skills and play Uni Hoc with Ms. Wilson!

Great work once again Junior & Senior Infants!
