World Book Day at Wandesforde!
On Thursday March 5th we celebrated World Book Day. All the children dressed up as their favourite character from a book. We also welcomed author Richie Conroy to the school, he spoke to the classes about the work he does and presented the best costume awards to a boy and girl from each room. They received a voucher to spend at the Book Fair as a prize. Well done to all for the very inventive and creative costumes made for the day!!
