Melting Moments in the Junior Classroom!
Today, Monday, 19th September 2011, Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class made their own delicious cookies. Everybody had a job to do from start to finish. Here are some photographs of all their hard work!
We greased the baking trays!
We sieved the flour!
We cut up the margarine!
The eggs and vanilla essence were added!
We rolled the cookie mixture into ball shapes and then rolled them in oatmeal!
The final touch was to press some smarties into the cookie dough!
Well done to all the children for working so hard and making delicious cookies!
The cookies went down a treat!!

oh, wow, Miss Wilson, you must have the patience of a saint and the organisation of, well, a saint too probably. They look delicious and it looks like all the children had a great time.
