In English, we wrote “Summer Bucket Lists”. The boys and girls are going to be very busy over the next few months!
To celebrate the wonderful Dads in our lives, we created “Rock and Roll Vests” for Fathers’ Day and gave our Dads special certificates too…
We created Frog Paper weights using stones from our gardens…
In SESE we have been learning about the lifecycle of the butterfly over the past month…
We purchased our own caterpillars to see them transform into butterflies…
Unfortunately, they hadn’t changed into butterflies before school finished for the holidays, so a lucky boy in 2nd class has kindly taken the chrysalides home and will set them free in due course!
On 17th June, we had our sports’ day and all the children received a medal for their efforts in all the races on the day! Well done boys and girls on all your hard work throughout the year. Have a great Summer!
